This is a moderate class suitable for All Levels.

A flowing class that combines the dynamism, fluid movement and mindful breathing of a smooth vinyasa yoga class with the controlled movements and deepened embodied awareness of a Pilates practice in one harmonious blend.

Dynamic Flow and Restore guides you through intelligently sequenced flows that use core stability and intrinsic muscles to strengthen and restore your core, strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

For those who want to approach their yoga practice from a place of steady internal strength, this class aims to creatively explore mindful movement and skilled action in an open and playful environment.

Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as different options and variations will be offered each time, with some space to explore freely.
