Yoga for Pregnancy and Active Birth

In-person

with Sarah Hague

Tuesdays 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Course £104.00 (£80.00 concessions)
For a block of 8 classes to be taken with in a specified 10 week period.
You can join class once you are 14+ weeks.

This class will give you all the resources you need for a natural Active Birth.

Classes include both practice and theory – with birth physiology being taught in an experiential way so that you understand how the physiology relates to your own body.

Classes include practices such as gentle stretches and strengthening, movements and positions for labour and birth, a focus on breathing practices that help calm during pregnancy and provide relief from pain in labour, pelvic floor work both to strengthen and learn to release in readiness for labour and long, guided, relaxation. Group and partner work within class is used regularly to help you share experiences and form friendships.

These antenatal classes will help you develop a feeling of confidence and trust in what your body can do and create a support network of friends as you go through your pregnancies together.

You can start this course anytime from being 14 + weeks pregnant.

Each student has their own 8 week rolling block which can be taken within a specific 10 week period.
