I’m thrilled to welcome Jane & Sarah from The Yoga Family to lead a brand-new Yin Yang Flow Yoga course — the perfect blend of strength and stillness.

Yin Yang Yoga explores contrasting aspects of the yoga practice, leaving you feeling balanced in body and mind.

Yin yoga will support you to slow down and enjoy periods of stillness, connecting you to your inner calm, whilst the yang flow yoga element will connect you to your inner power, strength and resilience.

Each class will begin with calming breathwork to sooth your autonomic nervous system and decompress from your day. We will move in to an exploration of one or two yin yoga postures in which you have the opportunity to dive deeper into your connection with your body and your breath, encouraging you to become more present and prepared for the coming flow practice.

Our practice will transition slowly and mindfully into the dynamic and energising aspect of the yang flow yoga practice. Yoga sequences will gradually develop over the period of the course, allowing you the opportunity to build strength and resilience (in both body and mind) and encouraging you to experience progress within your yoga practice. 

Finally, our journey of wholeness will gradually take us back into stillness, we’ll enjoy one or two more yin yoga postures eventually landing in a deep relaxation.

Through out the course you are invited to explore your connection to your own yin and yang energy. This exploration will support you to find your inner balance, these powerful insights can be applied to all aspects of your life.
